The Home Alone film franchise has been staple family viewing in our house at Christmas for as long as I can remember. It’s probably one of my go-to films to quote from next to Mrs. Doubtfire. So, when I decided to record a podcast for Christmas, the learnings of the eight year old, Kevin McCallister being left home alone or lost in New York came to mind.
So, what can we learn from Kevin?
What can this family teach us that reminds us of our own all too familiar family dynamics?
How can we enjoy the Holiday season by implementing the life lessons that are portrayed in the film?
Join me for today’s podcast as I take a deep dive into the six wisdoms of Kevin McCallister.
All opinions are my own.
Film Credits: Home Alone and Home Alone 2 Lost in New York. Written by John Hughes, Directed by Chris Columbus.
