KEYNOTE SPEAKER

K. was brilliant in her specialist field but terrified of presenting her work and ideas on a podium in a room filled with her peers.

I helped her to structure her speech so it was engaging, informative and also entertaining. As well as how to deal with the unknown elements of a Q&A at the end of the presentation.

We worked on how to interact with the audience, and use eye contact, energy and her voice to highlight certain key points of the presentation. This included how and when to pause and allow space for the audience to absorb certain parts or watch/read the supporting videos/slides.

We also covered managing nerves leading up to and on the day.

The results? She nailed it. Won the respect and adulation of her peers and secured a large number of sign-ups for her workshop.
